Luxury Renaissance Villa in Split’s Old Town

Great family rooms at the top of the building with sea views. The rooms and bathroom were modern, clean and comfy. Perfect for a family of 4. The pool was a welcome facility in the heat of summer.

The hotel was perfectly located, a short walk from Split seafront, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to choose from. Although handy for everywhere it was also a peaceful haven. The bedrooms were generously sized rooms with clean, rustic decor and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Finally the lovely pool and balcony area outside our rom was the icing on the cake.

The location is fantastic for the old town as everything is walkable. Having a pool was fantastic and it was lovely to relax in comfortable surroundings near our room after a hot day, especially as we were staying in Split for 10 days and it was incredibly hot. Very clean hotel and also had character. Would recommend.

The staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for us and our friends (we were a group of 6). The upstairs terrace was a great facility. Pool looked great too, although we didn’t get the opportunity to use it. The Hotel is a fantastic location, quiet yet fairly central. Having a a kettle & drinks fridge in the room is always a bonus (and our fridge was silent, which more often than not isn’t the case).

This property is in the perfect location to split. It is 2-5 min walk to the promenade full of restaurants, and close to the main square. The rooms were beautifully decorated, in keep with the Croatian old town house feel. Perfect property with only 6 rooms making it very unique and personal feel to it.

Hotel Agava is perfectly located, right by the harbour, super close to restaurants and right by split centre. The room was spacious and clean, and the view of the sea was lush. The pool was nice and never too busy. The staff on reception were always friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a central location with a pool!
