Luxury Renaissance Villa in Split’s Old Town

Perfect location in the heart of the old town. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and were extremely helpful with everything. Spacious, modern room with excellent ac. Lovely pool with great facilities. This would be my first choice the next time I’m in Split.

This hotel was perfectly located and charming. It was very close to the sights and restaurants. Front desk staff were helpful when asked for info about sights, places to eat etc. The rooms were a decent size and very clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool but it was in a lovely setting with flowering plants. If it was hotter and I had more time I would have taken advantage of it. Parking was available but it was not right next to the hotel. You need to get to the hotel by foot as it is in a pedestrian only area. I did so and the person at the front desk was very helpful. She gave us directions to the garage and met us there to make sure the pass worked. She even helped us with our luggage. Advice: If you reserve parking with them, call when you get close by the hotel and they will give you instructions and will meet you at the garage if they can. It’s not far away but pack light!

The breakfast was good with lots of options. The pool area and bar was really nice and relaxing. Our room had a nice view with balcony and could see the water even though it was a garden view room.

Very comfortable room for 3 people. Lovely pool, towels etc. Great location and good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location is fantastic for the old town as everything is walkable. Having a pool was fantastic and it was lovely to relax in comfortable surroundings near our room after a hot day, especially as we were staying in Split for 10 days and it was incredibly hot. Very clean hotel and also had character. Would recommend.

Hotel Agava is perfectly located, right by the harbour, super close to restaurants and right by split centre. The room was spacious and clean, and the view of the sea was lush. The pool was nice and never too busy. The staff on reception were always friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a central location with a pool!
